We have two offices in Belgium. Can ITAF connect them on one phone system?

Yes. ITAF configures multi-site VoIP systems so that all office locations, for example Ghent and Brussels, share a single cloud phone system with shared extension dialling. Staff can transfer calls between offices as internal calls, and management can see live call status across all locations from a single dashboard. Internal calls between offices are free.

Can ITAF also manage our internet connectivity for VoIP?

Yes. ITAF is a connectivity partner for Proximus and Telenet and can manage your business internet line alongside your telephony setup. A correctly configured internet connection is the foundation of a reliable cloud phone system.
