After your CV has been selected, we will arrange a session with our HR team. This step is imagined as open getting-to-know-each-other conversation in which we can find out more about each other and whether we align on crucial expectations toward each other.
Next, you’ll join a technical interview focused on your technical skills and knowledge, and how you approach challenges relevant to the role. In this step you might be given a task or a test so that we can deep dive into your approach on different tasks and issues.
You’ll be invited to complete an assessment designed to give us insight into your personality, way of working, and how you perform in a team environment. The assessment introduces us to how you naturally operate in a professional setting and help us guide you through successful partnership.
This is the step where your line manager and CEO/COO will join to discuss the results of the assessment in this last feedback session and meet you in person.
Hooray! We wrap up the process with an offer discussion where we walk you through the job offer and what joining our team would look like.
