ITAF is de IT-partner die kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen en organisaties in België voorziet in IT-ondersteuning, IT security en complete IT-infrastructuur.
Opgericht in 1999 is het bedrijf gegroeid tot meer dan 70 medewerkers, consultants en experten die meer dan 1500 klanten elke dag helpen en ondersteunen.
Over de jaren heen heeft ITAF meer dan 2000 projecten succesvol opgeleverd.

De focus van ITAF ligt op het uitbouwen van betrouwbare partnerships, moderne IT-oplossingen voorzien en strategische begeleiding geven die de groei van KMO’s ondersteunen.

Hoe wij werken

ITAF's methodologie

Connecting
Eerst willen we u leren kennen om uw uitdagingen en IT-behoeftes beter te begrijpen. Deze fase is volledig gratis en niet-bindend.
Consultancy en advies
Nadat we uw scope begrepen hebben en gestructureerd, zullen we een beknopt offer aanbieden met een uitleg over de aanpak, advies, een oplossing en een duidelijke tijdslijn.
Kick-off
Nadat u voor ITAF gekozen heeft als uw IT-partner (proficiat 🙂), kan u duidelijke feedback verwachten van ons projectteam met de details over de oplevering van uw project.
Oplevering
Tijdens het opleveringsproces heeft u de mogelijkheid om direct te communiceren met de projectmanager en kan u vertrouwen op het technisch team om hun ding te doen.
Acceptance into service
In deze stap krijgt u de optie om uw feedback te delen over het geleverde project en om te vragen naar bijkomende ondersteuning, upgrades en consultancy.
Uw tevredenheid
De belangrijkste mijlpaal in dit proces vindt plaats aan het einde van het project. U kunt eerlijk uw mening delen over het geleverde delen en ons helpen groeien.
Onboarding
We laten u niet alleen na afronding van het project. Compleet kosteloos kan u gebruik maken van onze onboarding dat u op weg helpt en u voorziet van kennis en helpt begrijpen hoe ITAF dagelijks werkt. U begrijpt hoe u hulp kan vragen, hoe u de nieuwe tools dient te gebruiken en krijgt een antwoord op al uw administratieve vragen.
Bouwen aan lange-termijn partnership
Nu kan u met een gerust gemoed aan de slag, wij staan voor u klaar. Uw infrastructuur wordt 24/7 gemonitord. Uw abonnementen zijn up-to-date. Wij komen razendsnel ter plaatse en lossen kleine problemen op afstand op. Wij pakken problemen proactief aan en informeren u tijdig over wijzigingen, upgrades en nieuwe oplossingen.
