ITAF is the IT partner that provides small, and medium businesses and enterprises in Belgium with IT support, IT security, and complete ICT infrastructure. Founded in 1999, the company has grown to over 70 employees, consultants, and specialists who are helping and supporting more than 1500 customers every day. Over the years ITAF delivered more than 2000 successful projects.

How We Work

ITAF's methodology

Connecting
Firstly, we are getting to know each other with the goal of understanding your challenges and clarifying your IT needs. This process is entirely free and contractually non-binding.
Consulting and advice
After understanding and structuring our scope, we will provide a concise offer that will contain an approach explanation, advice, a solution, and a clear timeline.
Kickoff
After opting for ITAF as your new IT partner (congrats 🙂), you can expect timely feedback from our Project team with the details of the project delivery.
Delivery
During the delivery process, you have the opportunity to communicate directly with the manager on your project, and to rely on our technical team to do their magic.
Acceptance into service
In this step, you have the option to share your feedback about the delivered project, and to ask for additional support, upgrades, and consultancy.
Your satisfaction
The most important milestone in this process happens at the end of the project. You can share your honest opinion about the work that is done and help us grow too.
Onboarding
Don't be afraid that you will be left alone after your project is completed. We have in place, completely free of charge, the onboarding process that will get you up to speed and equip you with knowledge and help understand how ITAF operates daily. You will understand how to ask for help, how to use your new tools, and get every answer to your administrative question.
Building a long-term partnership
Now you can sit back and relax, we have it covered. Your infrastructure is monitored 24/7. Your subscriptions are up to date. We are coming on-site in no time and solving all minor issues remotely. We are tackling issues proactively, informing you timely about changes, upgrades, and new solutions.

ITAF Throughout the Years​

25 Years Anniversary
Celebrating a quarter-century milestone, this year signifies our 25 years of unwavering reliability as an IT provider.
Agency 81 acquisition
Agency81 officially joins ITAF. This partnership marks a significant milestone in expansion of ITAF's services and reach, adding Apple Hardware to our Digital Workplace portfolio.
Multiplies joins ITAF
ITAF acquires Multiplies, a well known ICT company. New presence is established in Tielt.
Netcon bvba acquisition
ITAF acquisits Netcon, a well known ICT company in Flemish Brabant region. This growth allows ITAF to further prioritize and strengthen the delivery of first-class ICT support.
ICT Service Center Leuven
Continued growth leads to opening of a sixth location in Flanders based in Leuven, to additionaly support our customers in Flemish Brabant region.
Dynamic Cloud Platform Release
ITAF releases a custom made cloud platfrom called Dynamic Cloud Platform, as the response to a Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. The goal is not to compete, but to offer an additional alternative to customers.
Year of expansion
ITAF invests in opening ICT Service Centers in Brusseles (Zaventem), Antwerp and Turnhout as a major expansion of IT support services in the larger cities and De Kempen regions.
Novi Sad opening
ITAF is opening another Serbian branch in the city of Novi Sad, as the second ICT support and development center in Serbia. Specialized ICT experts and support staff is employed here due to the large number of customers.
The second ICT acquisition
ITAF acquires a well-known ICT company, Deprouw Computers. This strengthens its presence as an ICT provider as well as the expansion of managed ICT services and its customer portfolio.
ITAF goes internationally
ITAF opens an ICT services support and development office in Belgrade, Serbia and hires specialized support staff.
Expansion in West Flanders
ITAF launches ICT Service Center for West Flanders to provide on-site support for growing network of customers in West Flanders.
ITAF becomes Internet service provider
ITAF becomes an internet service provider thanks to its stable connection and premier customer service. ITAF is providing secure and fast internet data traffic through owned network and continously grow within wireless technology.
ITAF telephony services
The speed to the market for telephony and unified communications systems to customers has just started. ITAF is an early adopter and in the upcoming years, the company adds the VoIP platform as a service to its portfolio, making the company an expert in telecom infrastructure network.
The first ICT acquisition
ITAF acquires a first ICT company, Cyganet. ITAF invests thus further in data center expertise and expanding its portfolio of ICT services.
Datacenter and IT infrastructure services
ITAF starts to deliver datacenter services. Data processing, storage and network managed services for enterprises shape ITAF’s core expertise of today.
Hardware services
ITAF extends its services to a hardware support and supplies such as notebooks, printers and office equipment. ITAF becomes also a partner of Compaq (today HP), Dell and IBM (today Lenovo).
Foundation and Software development
ITAF starts as a software development company in Ghent, East Flanders, focused on web based applications and primarily based the ColdFusion application development platform.
