Service Desk Manager
My name is Ben, I’m from Evergem and I work at the ITAF office in Ghent.
I find pleasure in running & fitness. Apart from that I’m always up for socializing (read: a drink, going out, exploring, …)
I’m the line manager of 2 business units within ITAF. The service desk & the Belgium ICT engineers.
Our service desk is responsible for handling incoming communication from customers. On top of that they’re also performing administrative tasks.
Our Belgium ICT engineers deliver onsite & remote ICT support
Next to that I’m also delivering ICT services at (new) customers. (Project Management)
ICT can be complicated if you’re not familiar with it. I’ll make sure to translate the 0’s and 1’s into human language for you as a customer. I’ll also be happy to translate your human language into 0’s and 1’s to meet your business needs.
I’m Ilse and i’m living Gierle (a small village in “de Kempen”).
I’m a busy mom of 2 girls. In my free time I am Mylène consultant. At people’s homes I show the latest trends in cosmetics.
My function is relationship manager and Customer Service Talent.That means that I’m responsible for communication with customers.
For some customers I’ll be the first contact, for others I will manage the incoming tickets and phone calls together with the other people of the team.Some part of the day I’m working on projects for customers.
I like that your work is appreciated. It’s fun to work with all types of communication tools and a lot of different people.
We have different service centers, the distance does not change the togetherness or the colleagues, we all have fun working together. It’s fun to work at ITAF
My name is Bozo, I am from Belgrade / Serbia.
Working for ITAF last two years and I find it very appealing.
Playing a role of Network engineer.
Network is a bloodline over which all ICT services are delivered.
For most people network means INTERNET access and we all known how we feel when there is no interent connection. Of course network means much more than Internet only.
We are using high grade Cisco equipment, so you can expect maximum uptime.
In my spare time I like to drink coffee and beer with friends.
I am also a gym rat, working out five times a week.
