In the digital transformation era, constant changes has become a standard in business. Great evolution is underway in almost all industries. The most successful companies have already begun to harvest their fruits by expanding to flexible cloud platforms. They achieve this, among other things, with the fulfillment of real-time customers’ requirements by gathering comprehensive and complete data, analyzing business intelligence results and responding to client requests using sophisticated automation in the business system.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central presents the latest Microsoft ERP system. Business Central offers a new value by integration with other Microsoft cloud services, including Office 365, and can be customized or expanded for specific industry needs with PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, and Power BI. This ERP system represents a unique, complete solution for managing finance, operations, sales and customers, warehouses and production, as well as the opportunity to easy switch from accounting programs and outdated ERP systems.

The essence is that with Business Central we have the opportunity to:

  • Take advantage of the non-stop available ERP system
  • Make easier for users to work by being in a very familiar, intuitive environment that gives you the feeling that you are in the Office package
  • Have a great advantage over the competition with more efficient and faster business process.

What’s new in Business Central – The latest Microsoft ERP System?

Microsoft has improved user interface. Its clean, easy to navigate, easy to personalize and offers powerful features, such as Excel integration in different views. Documents such as invoices, bids and more, are based on Microsoft Word, and are very easy to maintain.

One of the most effective improvements is integration with e-mail through Outlook. When we send or receive e-mail in Outlook, we can click on the Business Central icon to display information such as sales, open orders, and more. Integration with Outlook works in the desktop version of Outlook as well as in Outlook Web Access. We can run the entire business process from start to finish without leaving Outlook at any moment.

For example, a sales representative receives an e-mail in which a bid is requested. Now, without leaving an e-mail, sales rep can generate an offer and send it. If the recipient replies and asks to make an order, sales rep can transfer an email to an order or an invoice with one click. This is a very powerful principle and we can expect to quickly become the “gold standard” in ERP systems.

Decision-making also works great in Business Central. For example, if we are preparing an offer for the sale of a particular item, and this quantity exceeds available supplies, a warning is displayed. There is also a Power BI section that displays trends, historical data and provides predictions. For the preparation of meetings, there is the Send to PowerPoint function, which ensures that in the presentation we can do drill-down data, which are displayed directly to the source in Business Central.
